Once a struggling teacher, Kris is now an accredited investor, owns a multimillion-dollar portfolio, and is now buying apartment complexes in the Southeast and Midwest. 

During his journey, Kris even started a Ferrari wholesale business. Kris also balances investing with working full-time as Director of Strategy for a Fortune 150 company in Connecticut.
