This Privacy Policy explains how Elevista LLC (“Elevista,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you:
- Visit our website, including elevista.com and pages that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Website”).
- Use our products and services, including Elevista Connect (the “Service”).
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or Service.

2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (1) information you provide, (2) information collected automatically, and (3) information from integrations and third parties.
A) Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Website or Service, you may provide:
- Contact information — Name, email, phone number.
- Account information (if you create an account) — Login credentials and profile details.
- Customer support and communications — Messages you send us, support requests, and feedback.
- User content and inputs — Information you submit through forms, workflows, or other inputs within the Service.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, SSNs, driver's license numbers, financial account passwords, health data) unless we specifically request it and provide a secure method.
B) Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website or use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referring/exit pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies — Cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar tools used for functionality, analytics, and advertising.
C) Information from integrations and third parties
If you connect third-party tools or route lead data into the Service, we may collect:
- Lead source data — Lead contact details and form responses sent from your websites, landing pages, CRMs, or other tools you connect.
- Google Calendar and scheduling data (when you connect your Google account) — Via Google APIs, we access your calendar availability and event details (event titles, times, and attendees) needed to schedule meetings on your behalf.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Website and Service.
- Enable lead response and communications workflows you configure in the Service.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Send service and administrative communications (for example, security alerts, product notices).
- Improve and develop the Website and Service, including performance monitoring and debugging.
- Secure the Website and Service and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
The following uses apply only to Website and marketing data (for example, device and usage data from visitors to our marketing site, and contact details you provide to us directly). They do not apply to Google user data:
- Analyze usage of the Website and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Market and advertise our products where permitted.
Google user data (your Calendar and scheduling data, when enabled) is used solely to provide and improve the scheduling features of the Service — reading your availability and creating, updating, or reading events so the Service can schedule meetings on your behalf. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or ad measurement.
4) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
A) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our marketing Website and to improve its performance and content. Google Analytics operates on Website visitors' device and usage data (for example, pages viewed and general location). It is never applied to your Google Calendar or scheduling data.
B) Advertising pixels and measurement
We use advertising and measurement pixels and similar technologies from:
- Meta
These tools help us measure ad performance, build audiences, and show relevant ads. They operate on Website visitors' device and usage data and identifiers. Depending on your settings and location, these tools may involve the collection and processing of identifiers and event data.
Your Google Calendar and scheduling data is never fed into Google Analytics, advertising or measurement pixels, audience-building, or ad measurement of any kind.
C) Your choices
You can control cookies through:
- Your browser settings
- Any cookie preference tools we may provide
Disabling cookies may limit some functionality.
5) Google User Data — Limited Use
Elevista Connect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, for data obtained from Google (your Calendar and scheduling data):
- We use it solely to provide and improve the scheduling features of the Service.
- We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or ad measurement.
- We do not sell it.
- We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not transfer it to third-party AI tools.
- We do not transfer it to others, except as necessary to provide the Service (for example, to the calendar or CRM integrations you enable), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice to you.
- We do not allow humans to read this data, except: with your affirmative consent; where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
6) Communications, Calls, SMS, and Transcription
A) Twilio (calls and SMS)
If the Service includes calling and SMS features, we use Twilio to facilitate communications. This may involve processing phone numbers, message content, call metadata (such as time and duration), and delivery status.
B) Call recording
We do not record calls by default, and call recording is not available in Release 1. In future releases, we may offer controls that allow users to enable or disable call recording.
If call recording becomes available, users will be responsible for using it in compliance with applicable laws, including providing any required notice and obtaining consent.
C) ElevenLabs (transcription)
We use ElevenLabs to support transcription or related AI processing features when available or enabled. This may involve processing audio and generating text output.
7) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Google user data (your Calendar and scheduling data) is shared only as described in Section 5 (Google User Data — Limited Use); if anything in this section could be read to conflict with Section 5, Section 5 controls for Google user data. We may share other information as follows:
A) Service providers and subprocessors
We share information with vendors that provide services for the Website and Service, such as:
- Vercel (hosting and infrastructure)
- Google (analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics)
- Twilio (calls and SMS delivery)
- ElevenLabs (transcription and AI processing)
They may access information only to perform services for us and must protect it consistent with their obligations. Google user data is never shared with Google Analytics, advertising or measurement tools, or with ElevenLabs or any other AI tools; it is disclosed only to the extent necessary to provide the scheduling features described in Section 5.
B) Integrations you enable
If you connect third-party services (for example, calendars, CRMs, websites), we share information as needed to make those integrations work.
C) Legal, safety, and enforcement
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with law, regulation, or legal process
- Protect the rights, safety, and security of Elevista, our users, or others
- Prevent or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Enforce our agreements and policies
D) Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for:
- The purposes described in this Privacy Policy
- Legitimate business needs (support, security, auditing, dispute resolution)
- Legal and compliance obligations
Retention periods may vary depending on data type and context.
Google user data: We retain Google Calendar and scheduling data only as long as needed to provide the scheduling features of the Service. If you disconnect your Google account, we stop accessing your Google user data. If you delete your account, we delete Google user data stored in our systems, except where retention is required by law. You can also request deletion at any time using the form in Section 10, and you can revoke Elevista Connect's access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including Google user data. Information is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel who need it to operate the Service.
No system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and using strong passwords.
10) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request:
- Access to personal information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of personal information
- A portable copy of certain information

Marketing opt out
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You may still receive service and administrative communications.
11) State Privacy Disclosures (US)
If you live in a state with privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have additional rights. We will honor applicable rights requests consistent with state law.
You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization.
12) International Users
If you access the Website or Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where Elevista or its service providers operate.
13) Children's Privacy
The Website and Service are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice on the Website or within the Service. If we change how we use Google user data, we will notify you before the change takes effect.
